My cooking is rooted in more than a decade in the fine-dining kitchens of Napa and Sonoma. At Mansoor, I build on classic French foundations and borrow freely from kitchens around the world, always aiming for dishes that bring people together.

Outside the kitchen, you’ll usually find me cooking with my daughter or deep in a good movie. Recommendations are always welcome.
